How long will my refund take?

Please wait 7 working days after posting before contacting us. We process returns within 2-7 days. You will only be emailed when your item(s) is refunded. View the full refund policy at the bottom of the page.

How do I return my order?

Please visit the refund policy at the bottom of the page. You do not need to log onto your account.

How long is delivery?

Delivery is 1-6 days depending on your chosen method & assuming your item is not on PRE-ORDER. View the full delivery policy at the bottom of the page.

What does PRE-ORDER mean?

This allows you to reserve an item before it actually comes into stock. Guide times are written on the product page & and not a definite date.

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, we are unable to guarantee cancellation. If you wish cancel your order before it is despatched, you have 1 hour to email us for standard delivery. Express deliveries may not be able to be cancelled due to fast processing times. A £2 charge will be made for any cancellations made after 1 hour. We may be able to edit your order for size/colour etc.

Do you offer exchanges?

We currently do not offer exchanges. Please return your item & place a new order.

Will an item come back into stock?

Unfortunately, we can't guarantee this, so please sign up on your size to be notified. New products are usually restocked. Older products will not be.
